Bakers Ammonia; A leavening agent used in making specialty cookies. Makes extra-crisp cookies or crackers -often called for in old-fashioned recipes.

This recipe has been found to stop poop eating, but it has to be given every day.

• 2 cups Brown Sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 stick of butter (8 Tablespoons)
• 5 Tablespoons Water
• 3 cups Flour (I use 1/2 whole wheat and 1/2 white)
• 2 Tablespoons Baker’s Ammonia *DO NOT SUBSTITUTE, DO NOT OMIT*
  
• 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
• 1/2 teaspoon Seasoned salt

Combine butter and sugar, add eggs and water. Mix in dry ingredients.

Spread into greased jelly roll pan. (This is hard to spread—get your fingers wet and press, wetting again as needed)

Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes. Loosen sides and flop out of pan and cool. (It is easier to get out of the pan if you almost burn the edges.)

Cut into 1 inch bars when cool.

For a 23 to 30 pound dog, I give one 1 inch square with their food EVERY DAY. Some dogs may need more, some less until the habit is broken.
