Dog Shows & Seminars:
Please visit our Schedule page for information on where to find us ... In the flesh so-to-speak.
When we are away at a seminar or Dog Show we will be unavailable to fill orders.
Please note that the schedule indicates the days that an event runs. Generally we need two days before the event to travel and set-up and one day after for travel.
When ordering, please be aware that shipping will occur 24-48 hours after we return, for all orders received while we are away at scheduled event.
GST
We must charge GST on all orders shipped within Canada.

Placing an Order
Online:
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with a Security Certificate ensuring that all information can be entered with the utmost confidence that it is secure.
Only pages containing confidential information are protected via SSL. Check your browser for the locked icon and/or the https:// in the address bar.
E-mail or Phone:
Send an E-mail to sales@midwoof.com listing the items and quantity of each that you want to order.
If paying by Credit Card, please supply a phone number and a time to call so that you can provide your Credit Card information.
Once we have received your payment, we will ship your order within 48 hours (weekdays).
NEVER send your Credit Card information in an e-mail. E-mail is NOT SECURE!

Personal cheques are NOT accepted.
Payment can also be made by Canadian Money Orders or Interac E-mail Money Transfers and by Credit Card: Visa & Mastercard only.
Shipping Details
We ship using Canada Post as our default shipping agent.
Shipping will include insurance and tracking, when these options are available.

Shipping is calculated at actual cost plus a small Handling fee to cover shipping materials etc. The online store estimates shipping. If actual S/H are lower your order will be discounted appropriately when it is processed. If the S/H costs are higher than the online estimate you will be contacted for confirmation of the additional charges prior to processing your order.
Duties, Taxes, Import Fees and Allowed Imports
Please note that if you are ordering from outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any Duties, Taxes or other fees that may be applied upon importing into your country. Please refer to your countries import policies to ensure that products ordered are not confiscated upon entering your country.
Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized, either by e-mail (preferred) or phone. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Returns are accepted on unopened products only. Products must remain in their original packaging and remain in a resellable state.
If the purchase was made on a Credit Card then the refund must be to the same credit card. Please keep your receipts!
A 25% restocking fee will be held back from your refund.
Shipping of returned products must be at the expense of the purchaser. It is required that all packages are insured. We cannot be responsible for damages that occur in transit.
Defective Items
All of our products are of the higest quality. Occassionally we do encounter a manufacturers defect. Should you receive a defective product please contact us immediately. We will replace your product ASAP. In some cases the defective product must be returned to us; you may be responsible for shipping costs for the return.
E-Mailing List
All email addresses collected will only ever be used to send emails from QuinnCarlin Distributors Ltd (Midwoof.com). We will never sell, share or make available to any other company or agency the email addresses and/or any other information that you have entrusted to us.
