Goat's Rue is the BEST single herb to increase milk supply.  It is a powerful galactagogue, and can dramatically stimulate the production and flow of mother's milk.  Some say it is able to grow new breast tissue.  It also can lower blood sugar levels making it useful as an adjunct herb in the treatment of diabetes. 

Ingredients: Fresh Goat’s Rue leaf (Galega officinalis) extracted into apple cider vinegar, vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain spring water and less than 10% grain alcohol.

SUGGESTED USE: 2-3 dropperfuls in water, 2-4 times a day.
